  Nikki and her team are amazing at what they do!
  I would never trust anyone else with my hair, I always leave the salon feeling amazing and loving the beautiful blonde hair they’ve created for me!

  Did hair styling for my 3 year old child. She had the best hair cut till date. Really happy with the service.

  I am not someone who has ever written a review but I am super upset with my experience at this Salon.
  I have never had a problem with my hair colour until visiting this salon.
  They left me with a band around my head and instead of letting me know as soon as they realised (she admitted she noticed while my hair was in the foils) they waited until the service was done, and i said something to them.
  They also had to make my hair a very colour so the orangey band was blended instead of the nice blonde that i asked for and have achieved with every other hair appointment.
  Their solution to fixing this was to offer to make my hair darker which is not at all what i wanted, I literally was in tears in the salon and they didn’t do anything about it I was charged $325 for yellow hair (i have inserted a photo) I chose to go into lockdown with my hair in the state it is in at the moment rather than go back to them for the free toner service i was offered to make my hair darker as it is simply just not what i asked for. I will not trust them with my hair again!
  When i enquired about booking an appointment I enquired about having a “cleanser shampoo treatment” before colouring my hair as my hair had a green tinge (this happens every couple of months due to my buildings water) it is always easily fixed with the shampoo, they said they could provide this service this is why i booked in with them
  . While i was at my appointment they didn’t do the cleanser before hand as i trusted Nikki saying it could be done after.
  While i was at the basin i overheard one of Nikkis co workers say to another lady that she was with that she wasn’t going to do the cleanser treatment because it was going to make my hair too knotty for her, i then made sure the girl was putting cleanser in when she returned and she said she would. They left it on for 2 minutes and then washed it out (my regular hair dresser who is on maternity leave always left it for half an hour and it fixes the tinge everytime). If Nikki didn’t only just put my foils in and palm me off to other workers it might have been avoided.
  As for the comment about my hair being “porous” and compromised that is just absolutely not true (i have also inserted photos to show you my hair after i had it done the last two times November 2020 and March 2021)and nothing was said about this prior to doing my hair.
  I have used only Olaplex shampoo for over 3 years now my hair gets cut every 3-4 months as my hair grows quickly because it is healthy.
  I am not trying to bash the company I am simply warning anyone who is thinking about booking here to reconsider as I wish i could have read about the service before I chose this salon. Like i said i never leave reviews and I never complain about services but this place has ruined my hair and i am so upset about it.
  
  Not telling your client until the end of theirservice (when they say something to the person drying their hair) that you have done something wrong to their hair and not during is absolutely unacceptable!
